TAKE NOTICE that the exercise of a class action was authorized on November 08, 2022, by the Honorable Lukasz Granosik of the Superior Court of Quebec against Entreprises Vivre en forme: Econofitness. and this, on behalf of persons belonging to the following group:
All persons who have paid and/or who continue to pay a platinum subscription with the defendant’s center and who since March 13, 2020 no longer have unlimited access, can no longer share their membership card in an unlimited way, and who were imposed a unilateral modification of the terms of their platinum subscription by the defendant without consideration.
The status of representative for the exercise of this class action has been attributed to the designated person, BOBY CARIUS.
